Billing Support Analyst for leading ICT company in Dublin. Initial 3 month contract. Competitive Day Rate.
Your new company
This company is one of the leading suppliers of ICT support across the world. They hold a large portfolio of clients providing IT solutions, products and services. They are looking for a Billing Support analyst to join their team in Dublin.
Your new role
You will be responsible for;
executing and providing support for the business processes including billing, payments, vouchers, sim orders, batch jobs
You will implement rate changes in a timely, efficient and accurate manner.
You will be resolving incidents in a timely, efficient and professional manner.
You will provide clear and professional communication with customer services team - first level support.
You will troubleshoot high priority issues in a logical way following proven methodologies/best practise.
What you'll need to succeed
Knowledge of the BSCS Database (table structures, table relationships, etc), interfaces, SQL & PL/SQL
Good understanding of BSCS architecture is desirable
Self motivating and able to prioritize tasks.
Working knowledge in Unix environment and SQL.
Knowledge in Oracle, WebLogic, Apache and Unix Scripting is an advantage
Development and testing experience is also an advantage.
