Invoicing Administrator required for busy and growing Finance team in Worcester.

Our client, a leading technology business require an experienced administrator to support finance and invoicing across the business .

The invoicing administrator will be required to

Raise invoices for products and services

Prepare credit notes

Excel driven reporting

Ensure billing processes are complete and accurate

Support administration of direct debit runs

To be a success in this role the Invoice Administrator will be a flexible and friendly team member willing to help and support in times of change, as well as:

Excel skills - look ups/pivot tables

Previous financial administrative experience

Billing experience ideal but not essential
